To maintain Ozvie Group’s reputation of producing high-quality products, we enforce two levels of quality control: process quality control and final quality control.
During process quality control, we control the quality of product output at every stage of production, from board cutting to edging, coating and finishing. When carcasses are set up, their dimensions and structures are checked again.
Final quality control happens at the final stage when cabinets are fully assembled with doors and proper hardware. Inspection would focus on details such as dimension, function, installation method and applicances if applicable.
