The team of professional, creative and experienced designers at Ozvie Group will work closely with a client through different stages of designing, from consulting, surveying, concept drawing to final drawing. This on-going consultation aims to achieve a unique design that both meets the client’s needs and strikes a balance between aesthetics and functionality. We believe that clear communication with our customers is crucial to building their dream products. Our protocol dictates that all details on a complete shop drawing must be checked and signed off by a client before production can commence.

Ozvie Group’s factory is located in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City and has two divisions: Paint and Joinery. Our Paint division is equipped with state-of-the-art industrial equipment, paint mixing machine and dust-free spray booths. Our Joinery division has a range of heavy machineries including computerised beam saw, automatic edging machine, sanding machine and CNC machines. Ozvie Group provides one of the best workplaces in the local labour market with clean and safe working environments, compulsory shoes and uniform policies and generous welfare supports. We continuously work to minimize environmental hazard by following strict government requirements, reducing wastage and recycling where possbile. To maintain Ozvie Group’s reputation of producing high-quality products, we enforce two levels of quality control: process quality control and final quality control. During process quality control, we control the quality of product output at every stage of production, from board cutting to edging, coating and finishing. When carcasses are set up, their dimensions and structures are checked again. Final quality control happens at the final stage when cabinets are fully assembled with doors and proper hardware. Inspection would focus on details such as dimension, function, installation method and applicances if applicable.

Ozvie Group offers two methods of shipping: by pallets or as loose packages. Our products are properly and securely packed before loading onto shipping containers. We use shipping checklists to ensure all items in one project are correctly packed and loaded. After shipping, we provide shipping list reports with detailed information about content, estimated time of arrival (ETA) and details of joinery items on each pallet.
